Hello, beautiful community.

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here, and that space has been intentional.
I’ve been in a deep season of reflection — not just about dance, but about who I am now, as a woman, a mother, and a creator.

For many years, this academy was a place of movement, expression, and transformation. It was born from pure joy — the same joy that made me fall in love with dance in the first place. I taught because I loved watching people open, trust themselves, and feel powerful in their bodies.

And while it may have looked from the outside like I “stepped away,” what actually happened is something quieter and much more personal:

I evolved.

Dance will always be part of my story, but my work has expanded.
It has moved toward creativity, embodiment, inner clarity, and the deeper emotional work that has been calling me for years.

So I want to be honest and clear:

I’m not closing this chapter.
I’m integrating it.
I’m allowing it to become what it was always meant to be.

This space may look different moving forward, but its essence remains the same:
expression, connection, and the courage to show up for yourself.

From here on, I’ll be sharing in a more aligned way — through movement, creativity, intuitive writing, and the inner work that sustains a meaningful life. I’m stepping into this next phase with commitment, presence, and self-trust.

Thank you — truly — for every moment you supported this academy, for every class, every message, and every memory. You have shaped me more than you know.
And I’m grateful you were part of this chapter of my life.

A new chapter is here.
